The title of the book is just the tip of the iceberg.  The book criticizes the archaic concepts of Corporate America’s 9-5 clock-watching, cube-staying, don’t-be-late work attitudes.  It also studies Best Buy’s employees’ success stories.Can we change?  It sure seems possible if everyone’s treated as an adult and given a fair amount of trust.
